Logistics, auto-import, auctions
One system to run auto-import, instead of six spreadsheets
We build client portals, CRM automation, integrations, mobile apps, bots and browser extensions for companies that move vehicles and freight across borders.
Write in whichever messenger you use. An engineer replies, usually the same day. Or send a brief.

The run we build software for
Every stage carries documents, costs and somebody waiting for an answer. That is where the software goes.
- Purchase at auction
- Pickup and warehouse
- Loading and first invoice
- Ocean transit
- Arrival at destination port
- Customs clearance
- Delivery and handover
Operations run on chat, spreadsheets and memory. That stops scaling somewhere around thirty vehicles a month.
Today
- Vehicles, payments and documents tracked across messengers and a dozen browser tabs.
- The same record typed into the auction account, the CRM and the accounting file.
- Margin per vehicle known only after the fact, if at all.
After
- One system holding vehicles, documents, costs and status together.
- Data moving between your auction accounts, carriers and accounting without re-entry.
- Margin visible on the record while the deal is still open.
What we do
Six things we build, usually two or three of them at a time
Client portals and web apps
A branded place where your clients check status themselves, instead of asking your managers in chat.
Read moreCRM and process automation
Deal pipelines, tasks and document flow shaped around how brokers and importers actually work, rather than a generic sales funnel.
Read moreIntegrations
Connecting the systems you already pay for, so the same vehicle stops being typed in four times.
Read moreMobile apps
iOS and Android apps for the people who are not at a desk: drivers, yard staff, managers on the road and clients who want a push instead of a phone call.
Read moreBots and assistants
Automation that runs the repetitive steps on your own accounts around the clock, and pings a human when something needs a decision.
Read moreBrowser extensions
Your own numbers, shown inside the tools your team already has open, so nobody switches tabs to work out whether a deal makes sense.

Experience
We have built this stack before, for operations that run on it daily
Our work sits with cross-border vehicle import and freight operations in Georgia and Ukraine: white-label auction tooling, manager panels for deals and invoices, mobile apps for clients and yard staff, and the automation that ties them together.
That includes process automation on clients' own accounts at Copart, IAAI and Manheim. Manheim is the most closed of the three, and having shipped it before is the practical difference between an estimate and a research project.

On client work and screenshots
Client systems are under NDA, so we do not publish names or interfaces without written clearance. We would rather say that plainly than fill this page with mock-ups.
Ask us on a call and we will walk you through real screens, with the client's permission, and put you in touch with a reference where one is willing.

We know the segment and build the systems that run it
We already speak the process
Lots, bids, titles, bills of lading, customs codes and the week where nothing moves. You spend the first meeting describing your business, 8 years of it, not explaining the vocabulary.
One team from analysis to support
The people who map your process are the people who build it and the people who keep it running afterwards. Nothing is handed to a subcontractor halfway through.
Built to run every day
Integrations retry, jobs alert when they fail, and there is a log you can read. Most of the engineering in this domain is failure handling.
How we work
Four stages from a first call to a system your team runs
- 01
Discovery
We map how a vehicle moves through your company today, including the steps that survive because one person remembers them.
- 02
Scope and plan
Architecture and a phased roadmap, ordered so the first useful piece ships in weeks rather than at the end.
- 03
Build and integrate
We build, connect your existing systems and show you working software in short cycles.
- 04
Launch and support
We release, train your team and keep the system running as your process changes.
Turn your operation into one system
Tell us what you run today and where it hurts. You get a reply within one business day, from an engineer, with a phased plan covering scope, sequence and cost.
