About

A small senior team that stays with the product

Mindrout builds software for companies that move vehicles and freight across borders. We have worked in this niche for 8 years, long enough that the vocabulary, the failure modes and the seasonal rhythms are familiar before the first meeting.

How we are set up

We keep a small core team and take on work it can actually finish. The people who map your process are the people who build it and the people who answer when something breaks a year later.

Practically, that means we turn work down more often than an agency would, and it means there is no handover to a junior once the contract is signed.

The company is based in Batumi, Georgia. We work with clients in Georgia, Ukraine and across the EU, in English and Russian.

Who works on a project

Not every project needs every role. A typical engagement runs with three to five people, and the same ones stay on it.

  • Product and analysis

Turns your process into specifications, flows and a phased plan.

  • Backend

APIs, data models and the core every other product talks to.

  • Frontend

Portals and panels that stay fast on real operational volumes.

  • Mobile

iOS and Android for clients, managers and people in the yard.

  • Automation

Scheduled routines, messenger assistants and unattended work.

  • QA and infrastructure

Testing, monitoring and the infrastructure that keeps it up.

Talk to the people who would do the work

There is no sales team to get past. The first reply comes from someone who would be on the project.
