Bots and assistants
Automation that runs the repetitive steps on your own accounts around the clock, and pings a human when something needs a decision.
What this solves
Somebody on your team spends the first hour of every day checking statuses, copying numbers and sending the same three messages. At night nothing gets checked at all.
What we build
- Process automation on your own auction accounts, running the steps your team runs today
- Telegram and WhatsApp assistants for status requests, notifications and handoffs
- Scheduled routines with alerting when something needs a person
- Audit log of every automated action, so nothing is a black box
The rule we work by
Automation runs on your accounts and does what your staff already do. It handles the mechanical steps and escalates anything that needs judgement. We agree the escalation list with you in writing before we build, because the expensive failures in this business are the ones where software decided something on its own.

Messenger assistants
Your clients already live in WhatsApp and Telegram. An assistant there answers the status questions and hands the conversation to a human the moment it stops being routine. Handover is the part most bots get wrong, so we make it explicit and visible on both sides.
Watching the watcher
Every automated action is logged with a timestamp and an outcome. When something breaks at 3am, the alert says what broke, and the log says what it had already done.
Tell us what this looks like at your company
Write in whichever messenger you already use. An engineer answers, usually the same day, and the first answer is a question about your process rather than a price list.

The rest of what we do
- Client portals and web appsA branded place where your clients check status themselves, instead of asking your managers in chat.
- CRM and process automationDeal pipelines, tasks and document flow shaped around how brokers and importers actually work, rather than a generic sales funnel.
- IntegrationsConnecting the systems you already pay for, so the same vehicle stops being typed in four times.
- Mobile appsiOS and Android apps for the people who are not at a desk: drivers, yard staff, managers on the road and clients who want a push instead of a phone call.
- Browser extensionsYour own numbers, shown inside the tools your team already has open, so nobody switches tabs to work out whether a deal makes sense.
