Integrations
Connecting the systems you already pay for, so the same vehicle stops being typed in four times.
What this solves
A vehicle exists in the auction account, in your CRM, in the carrier's tracking and in your accounting. Keeping those four in agreement is somebody's full-time job.
What we build
- Process automation on your own auction accounts, on Copart, IAAI and Manheim
- Carrier and freight-forwarder integrations for shipment status and ETA
- Accounting and payment integrations so invoices and receipts land where they belong
- Sync jobs with retries, alerting and a visible log of what failed and why
Auction accounts
Automation here runs on your own accounts, under your own credentials, doing the steps your team already does by hand. We have built this for Copart, IAAI and Manheim. Manheim is the most closed of the three, and having done it before is the difference between a quote and a research project.
Mindrout is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any auction operator. See our trademark notice.
What “integration” means in practice
Most of the work is not the connection. It is deciding which system is the source of truth for each field, and what happens when two of them disagree. We write that down before we build, because it is the part that causes arguments six months later.
The second half of the work is failure handling. External systems change, go down and rate-limit. Jobs retry, alerts fire, and there is a log you can read without calling us.
Where we start
Usually with the single worst copy-paste in your day. It is the cheapest thing to fix and it buys the trust for the rest.
Tell us what this looks like at your company
Write in whichever messenger you already use. An engineer answers, usually the same day, and the first answer is a question about your process rather than a price list.

The rest of what we do
- Client portals and web appsA branded place where your clients check status themselves, instead of asking your managers in chat.
- CRM and process automationDeal pipelines, tasks and document flow shaped around how brokers and importers actually work, rather than a generic sales funnel.
- Mobile appsiOS and Android apps for the people who are not at a desk: drivers, yard staff, managers on the road and clients who want a push instead of a phone call.
- Bots and assistantsAutomation that runs the repetitive steps on your own accounts around the clock, and pings a human when something needs a decision.
- Browser extensionsYour own numbers, shown inside the tools your team already has open, so nobody switches tabs to work out whether a deal makes sense.
