CRM and process automation
Deal pipelines, tasks and document flow shaped around how brokers and importers actually work, rather than a generic sales funnel.
What this solves
Off-the-shelf CRM assumes you sell software. You move vehicles across borders, with invoices at two different stages and a customs step that can stall for a week.
What we build
- Pipelines that match your real stages, including the ones where nothing happens for days
- Automatic tasks and reminders tied to stage changes and dates
- Document flow with templates for invoices, contracts and handover acts
- Reporting on margin per vehicle, per client and per route
Where generic CRM breaks
Three things usually go wrong when an import business runs a stock CRM.
Stages do not fit. A deal is not won at signature, it is won when the vehicle is handed over and the second invoice is paid, which can be three months later.
Money lives in two places. The purchase, the shipping and the customs fees are tracked in a spreadsheet, the deal is tracked in the CRM, and margin per vehicle exists only in somebody’s head.
Documents are attachments. When an invoice is a file dropped into a card, you cannot answer “which vehicles are missing a bill of lading” without opening every card.
What changes
Stage changes trigger the work that follows them. Costs sit on the vehicle record, so margin is a field rather than an evening of spreadsheet reconciliation. Documents are generated from the record, which also means the system knows which ones are missing.
Migration
We move your existing deals over. Nobody has to keep two systems alive in parallel while the switch happens.
Tell us what this looks like at your company
Write in whichever messenger you already use. An engineer answers, usually the same day, and the first answer is a question about your process rather than a price list.

The rest of what we do
- Client portals and web appsA branded place where your clients check status themselves, instead of asking your managers in chat.
- IntegrationsConnecting the systems you already pay for, so the same vehicle stops being typed in four times.
- Mobile appsiOS and Android apps for the people who are not at a desk: drivers, yard staff, managers on the road and clients who want a push instead of a phone call.
- Bots and assistantsAutomation that runs the repetitive steps on your own accounts around the clock, and pings a human when something needs a decision.
- Browser extensionsYour own numbers, shown inside the tools your team already has open, so nobody switches tabs to work out whether a deal makes sense.
