Browser extensions
Your own numbers, shown inside the tools your team already has open, so nobody switches tabs to work out whether a deal makes sense.
What this solves
Your buyer opens a listing, then a spreadsheet to add up shipping, customs and repair, then a calculator, then the CRM. The decision takes four minutes and it should take four seconds.
What we build
- Cost and margin calculations from your own rate tables, rendered where your team works
- Internal history and notes surfaced on the record, so past decisions are visible
- One-click push of a record into your system, with the fields already filled
- Central configuration, so updating a rate updates it for the whole team at once
Your numbers, not somebody else’s
The value in an extension is the arithmetic that is specific to you: your shipping rates, your customs handling, your repair estimates, your target margin. That arithmetic usually exists as a spreadsheet one person maintains and everybody else copies badly.
Moving it into an extension does two things. Everyone calculates the same way, and updating a rate takes one edit instead of a message asking people to use the new file.
One click into the system
Once a decision is made, the record goes into your CRM or portal with the fields already populated. Re-typing a record you were just looking at is the kind of small waste that adds up to a person-day a week.
Rollout
Extensions can be distributed privately to your team or published. Private is usually right, since the configuration is a description of how you price.
Tell us what this looks like at your company
Write in whichever messenger you already use. An engineer answers, usually the same day, and the first answer is a question about your process rather than a price list.

The rest of what we do
- Client portals and web appsA branded place where your clients check status themselves, instead of asking your managers in chat.
- CRM and process automationDeal pipelines, tasks and document flow shaped around how brokers and importers actually work, rather than a generic sales funnel.
- IntegrationsConnecting the systems you already pay for, so the same vehicle stops being typed in four times.
- Mobile appsiOS and Android apps for the people who are not at a desk: drivers, yard staff, managers on the road and clients who want a push instead of a phone call.
- Bots and assistantsAutomation that runs the repetitive steps on your own accounts around the clock, and pings a human when something needs a decision.
