Client portals and web apps
A branded place where your clients check status themselves, instead of asking your managers in chat.
What this solves
Every client wants to know where their car is. They ask in WhatsApp, your manager checks three systems and answers by hand, forty times a day.
What we build
- Self-service portal where a client sees their vehicles, stage, documents and balance
- Manager panels for deals, invoices, document packages and handovers
- Role and permission model so a client, a manager and an accountant each see their own slice
- Status history with timestamps, so "when did it clear customs" has an answer nobody has to reconstruct
What sits inside
The portal is built around the shape your business already has. For an import operation that usually means the run from purchase to handover: paid at auction, picked up, at the warehouse, loaded, on the water, at the destination port, in customs, out for delivery, handed over. Each stage carries the documents and the costs attached to it.
A client opening the portal sees their own vehicles at their current stage, the documents issued so far and what they owe. A manager sees the same records across all clients, plus the queue of things waiting on somebody.
Why clients stop calling
The volume of “any news?” messages drops because there is somewhere to look. The messages that remain are the ones that actually need a person, which is the point.
What we need from you
An hour or two walking us through how a vehicle moves through your company today, including the parts that are held together by one person remembering them. Those are usually the parts worth automating first.
Tell us what this looks like at your company
Write in whichever messenger you already use. An engineer answers, usually the same day, and the first answer is a question about your process rather than a price list.

The rest of what we do
- CRM and process automationDeal pipelines, tasks and document flow shaped around how brokers and importers actually work, rather than a generic sales funnel.
- IntegrationsConnecting the systems you already pay for, so the same vehicle stops being typed in four times.
- Mobile appsiOS and Android apps for the people who are not at a desk: drivers, yard staff, managers on the road and clients who want a push instead of a phone call.
- Bots and assistantsAutomation that runs the repetitive steps on your own accounts around the clock, and pings a human when something needs a decision.
- Browser extensionsYour own numbers, shown inside the tools your team already has open, so nobody switches tabs to work out whether a deal makes sense.
