Mobile apps
iOS and Android apps for the people who are not at a desk: drivers, yard staff, managers on the road and clients who want a push instead of a phone call.
What this solves
Your warehouse takes photos on a phone and sends them to a chat. Your manager approves things from an airport. Neither of them is going to open a web panel.
What we build
- Client app with vehicle status, documents, invoices and push notifications
- Manager app for approvals, comments and quick status updates
- Photo and document capture from the phone, attached straight to the vehicle record
- Offline-tolerant behaviour, because port and yard connectivity is what it is
Photos are the feature
For an import operation the most valuable mobile feature is usually the boring one: photographing a vehicle at the warehouse and having those photos land on the right record, timestamped, without anyone forwarding them from a group chat. Damage disputes end quickly when the photos have a date and a vehicle attached.
Push is the second one
A client who gets a notification when their vehicle clears customs does not call to ask whether it cleared customs. The notifications are worth writing carefully, and we write them with you.
Publishing
The apps go out under your developer accounts, so you own the listing, the reviews and the ability to move to another vendor. We set the accounts up if you do not have them yet.
Tell us what this looks like at your company
Write in whichever messenger you already use. An engineer answers, usually the same day, and the first answer is a question about your process rather than a price list.

The rest of what we do
- Client portals and web appsA branded place where your clients check status themselves, instead of asking your managers in chat.
- CRM and process automationDeal pipelines, tasks and document flow shaped around how brokers and importers actually work, rather than a generic sales funnel.
- IntegrationsConnecting the systems you already pay for, so the same vehicle stops being typed in four times.
- Bots and assistantsAutomation that runs the repetitive steps on your own accounts around the clock, and pings a human when something needs a decision.
- Browser extensionsYour own numbers, shown inside the tools your team already has open, so nobody switches tabs to work out whether a deal makes sense.
